+ How did you learn the info you're teaching in this course?
Good question! While a lot of the info I learned at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition from teachers such as Dr. Mark Hyman and Dr. Mehmet Oz, I learned even more through three years of burying myself in research from low carb/keto experts like Jimmy Moore, Dr. Atkins, Loren Cordain, and Nina Teicholz.
But where I learned the information and techniques contained in REFUSE TO FAIL the most? My own experimentation! After switching to a ketogenic diet, I lost (and kept off!) 40 lbs and dropped 10% body fat, all while maintaining the energy to train for and complete two half century (50 mile) bike rides, in addition to the big 1-0-0. I'd say I know my stuff!
